Autopsies for the two who were found dead are scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday. Police won’t be releasing further information about the individuals until they are identified and their next of kin are contacted.

Investigators are also seeking security camera footage from the area.

If the shootings are confirmed to be homicides, it would bring the total number of homicides in Calgary this year to 32.

Anyone with information about the vehicle or incident, as well as anyone who may have witnessed suspicious activity in the area of Marcombe Drive N.E. between 9 and 9:30 p.m., are asked to contact police. This would include any people driving in the area who might have dashcam footage.

Anyone with information can call the homicide tip line at 403-428-8877 or the Calgary police non-emergency line at 403-266-1234, or leave anonymous tips through Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 or www.calgarycrimestoppers.org.
