You might not be able to fly to Brazil right now, but you can experience all the sights sound and smells of the country during Brazil Week, an online festival hosted by the Chamber of Commerce Brazil Canada and Embassy of Brazil.
Kicking off on Brazil’s Independence Day, Sept. 7, the five-day webinar is an opportunity to be immersed in the vibrant culture. Attendees will be able to cook along live with a Brazilian chef, learn about ingredients, experience music and join a virtual class making some of Brazil’s classic cocktails.
Some of the highlights that may appeal to Canadians are:
Sept. 8: Live Brazilian music from Vancouver from 4:30 p.m. – 5.30 p.m.
Sept. 9: Brazilian destinations through Canadian eyes from 3.30 p.m. – 4.30 p.m.
Sept. 11: Living in Brazil – a Canadian perspective from 3.30 p.m. – 4.30 p.m.
