An Amber Alert issued for a missing four-year-old Saskatoon girl has been cancelled after she was found Wednesday morning.
Saskatoon police said the girl was last seen at 2 a.m. Tuesday at her home on Devonshire Crescent.
Police said they were not notified she was missing until around 9:30 p.m. the same day.
The girl left her home with a woman who police said was not known to the girl’s family.
Police said the girl is safe, adding she was found due to the activation of the Amber Alert system.
Investigators said there doesn’t appear to be criminal activity involved in the girl’s disappearance, but they continue to investigate.
No other details have been released by police at this time.
More to come.
